Deposit and Withdrawal on Galactix.io

Every journey on Galactix.io begins with a deposit. We care about the comfort as well as the safety of our Travellers' funds during deposits and withdrawals. We support multiple cryptocurrencies, allowing players to choose the most suitable currency for their convenience.


How to Make a Crypto Deposit

  1. Sign In and click the “Wallet” button in the top-right corner.

2. In the Wallet section, select Deposit Crypto.

3. Choose the desired currency and the network you will use.

4. Copy the provided address in the deposit section and then you can transfer . funds from your external wallet.

Each currency has a different minimum deposit amount, so make sure to check the minimum required to avoid losing your funds. Deposits lower than the minimum cannot be processed.

How to Make a Withdrawal

  1. Click on the "Wallet" button at the top of the page, and open the "Withdraw" section.

  2. Choose the currency you want to withdraw.

  3. Enter the destination address (where you want to receive your funds).

  4. Input the amount you wish to withdraw.

  5. Confirm your withdrawal.

The amount available for withdrawal is displayed in the Withdrawal window under Available for Withdrawal, ensuring you know how much you can take out based on your wagering.

Important: Please, carefully read the network and minimum withdrawal amount, as well as the transaction fee for the chosen currency before proceeding.


Important Notes

  • AML Compliance: Withdrawals are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. To withdraw, you must wager an amount equivalent to your deposit. For example, if you deposit and wager $100, you can withdraw $100. This measure helps ensure the platform complies with AML regulations.


Transaction History

You can check and track the status of your transactions on the platform by going to Account -> Transactions. There, you’ll find all your deposit and withdrawal operations, and with the help of a filter, you can select the period and type of transaction for easy access.
